电阻焊电极寿命短,这是普遍存在的问题;寻找高寿命电极合金,乃是电阻焊中需要解决的课题。影响电极寿命的重要因素,一是电极材质,二是对电极的冷却。针对电阻焊电极的工作条件及新材料铬锆镁铜合金的性能特点,对这一材料作了探索性试验,并对电极寿命作了验证性试验。试验得出: 1、新电极寿命比老电极提高3.7~7.9倍。 2、每次修锉平均焊点数比老电极提高2.1~2.3倍。
Resistance welding electrode life is short, which is a ubiquitous problem; looking for high-life electrode alloy, but resistance welding problems to be solved. An important factor affecting the life of the electrode, one electrode material, the second is the electrode cooling. Aiming at the working conditions of the resistance welding electrode and the performance characteristics of the new material Cr-Mg-Cu alloy, exploratory tests on this material were made and the test of the electrode life was made. Test results: 1, the new electrode life of 3.7 to 7.9 times higher than the old electrode. 2, each filing the average number of solder joints increased 2.1 to 2.3 times the old electrode.
