本文以以某海外公司人力资源现状为例,对其海外员工常见问题进行调查并进行原因分析,借鉴国际企业在海外员工管理方面的做法,给出国有企业海外人力资源管理建议。文中该公司海外员工从年龄分布可以看出,该公司大部分员工处于30-45岁之间,超过90%的员工正处于工作年龄黄金期,经过多年基层工作的打磨,在技术水平、业务水准、职业素养、管理能力等各方面逐渐成熟,处于职业生涯上升期,同时,职业目标明确,且保持强烈的进取心,是公司发展和壮大的中坚力量,但是长时间在海外工作,员工易产生职业倦怠,导致工作效率下降,影响了企业可持续发展。
