一、总则第一条根据中华人民共和国民政部、国务院国有资产管理委员会的有关管理规定和《中国废钢铁应用协会章程》,制定本章程(草案)。第二条为促进我国废钢铁产业的健康发展,充分发挥全国钢铁行业和废钢铁回收、加工、配送、应用行业专家的作用,经民政部批准,由中国废钢铁应用协会组建《中国废钢铁应用协会专家委员会》(以下简称专家委员会)
I. General Provisions Article 1 These Articles of Association (Draft) are formulated in accordance with the relevant administrative regulations of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Statute of the Association of Chinese Scrap Iron and Steel Industries. Article 2 With the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the China Scrap Iron & Steel Association shall set up the “China Scrap Iron and Steel Industry Application” in order to promote the healthy development of China’s scrap steel industry, give full play to the role of experts in the steel industry and scrap steel recycling, processing, distribution and application industries in China.
