目的建立作业场所空气中乙醛的溶剂解吸毛细管气相色谱法。方法以硅胶管吸附空气中的乙醛,用甲醇解吸,采用HP-INNOWAX色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果方法的线性范围为39~780μg/ml,回归方程为y=2.127 3x-8.486 3(r=0.999 9),检出限为0.6μg/ml,解吸效率为88.4%~93.3%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~2.0%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于作业场所空气中乙醛的检测。 Objective To establish a solvent desorption capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of acetaldehyde in workplace air. Methods Acetaldehyde in air was adsorbed by silica gel tube, desorbed by methanol, separated by HP-INNOWAX column and detected by FID detector. Results The linear range of the method was 39-780 μg / ml. The regression equation was y = 2.127 3x-8.486 3 (r = 0.999 9). The detection limit was 0.6 μg / ml and the desorption efficiency was 88.4% -93.3%. The relative standard deviation 1.4% ~ 2.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and is suitable for the detection of acetaldehyde in the air of workplace.
