本文着重综述了苯乙烯生物监测的指标、测定方法和不同的接触水平与各指标间的相互关系。发现苯乙烯最可靠的生物监测指标为工作班末尿中扁桃酸(MA)和第二工作班前尿中扁桃酸和苯酰甲酸之和(MA+PGA)。当空气中苯乙烯浓度为50 ppm时,生物接触阈限值(TLV-TWA)工作班末尿MA为850mg/g·肌酐,第二工作班前晨尿MA+PGA为330mg/g·肌酐。
This article focuses on the indicators of biological monitoring of styrene, determination methods and different exposure levels and the relationship between the indicators. The most reliable biomonitoring indicators for styrene were found to be the sum of urinary mandelic acid (MA) at the end of the working class and the sum of urine mandelic acid and phenylacetic acid (MA + PGA) before the second working class. When the concentration of styrene in the air was 50 ppm, the creatinine was 850mg / g creatinine at the end of the TLV-TWA and the MA + PGA was 330mg / g · creatinine at the morning of the second working day.
