本文提出了以偶氮氯膦Ⅰ为显色剂测定铍的吸光光度法。反应的合适酸度为pH4.8~5,络合物吸收峰位于600nm波长处,络合反应瞬间完成,至少稳定4小时。有混合掩蔽剂存在下,测得表观摩尔吸光系数为8.11×10~3,桑德尔(Sandell)灵敏度为0.0011μg cm~(-2)。在50毫升溶液中,5~50μg Be服从比耳定律。在实验条件下,形成2:1和1:1(Be:R)二种组成比的络合物。文中讨论了共存元素的干扰情况及其消除方法,建立了最佳测试条件,操作简便,提出的方法已应用于铍青铜中铍的测定。
In this paper, the spectrophotometric method for the determination of beryllium with chlorophosphonazo I as chromogenic reagent has been proposed. The suitable acidity of the reaction is pH 4.8 ~ 5, the absorption peak of the complex is at the wavelength of 600nm, and the complexation reaction is completed instantly, for at least 4 hours. In the presence of mixed masking agents, the apparent molar absorptivity was found to be 8.11 × 10 -3, and the Sandell sensitivity was 0.0011 μg cm -2. In 50 ml of solution, 5 to 50 μg Be obeys Beer’s Law. Under the experimental conditions, a complex of two compositional ratios of 2: 1 and 1: 1 (Be: R) was formed. This paper discusses the interference of coexisting elements and its elimination methods, establishes the best test conditions, easy operation, the proposed method has been applied to the determination of beryllium in beryllium bronze.
