考虑主回路流体惯性和主泵转动惯量的综合作用,对主泵惰转瞬态的转速、流量计算方法进行研究。经验证,相比忽略回路影响的传统方法,考虑回路流体惯性影响后得到的计算惰转流量更接近试验测量数据。在惰转转速和流量计算方法研究基础上,提出了考虑回路流体惯性影响的惰转特性设计方法,可在不影响核安全前提下适当增加主泵转动惯量设计的灵活度。采用扣除电气损耗的机组效率作为输入参数,本文使用的惰转计算与设计方法也适用于无轴封主泵。
Considering the combined effect of fluid inertia and main inertia of the main circuit, the speed and flow calculation method of idling transient of main pump are studied. It has been verified that the calculated idling flow obtained after considering the inertia of the loop fluid is closer to the experimental measurement data than the traditional method that ignores the effect of the loop. Based on the research of idling speed and flow rate calculation method, the design method of idling characteristic considering the inertia of circuit fluid is proposed, which can increase the flexibility of design of main pump moment of inertia without affecting the nuclear safety. The unit efficiency, net of electrical losses, is used as an input parameter. The idling calculation and design method used in this paper also applies to a shaftless main pump.
