目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿颅内囊性占位性病变的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年1~12月来长春市妇产医院超声科进行常规检查的14 402例孕妇的超声声像图特点,并对经彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为胎儿颅内囊性占位性病变的超声资料与随访结果进行分析,总结胎儿颅内囊性占位性病变的超声特点。结果:在14 402例胎儿中,共检出胎儿颅内囊性占位性病变35例。其中脉络丛囊肿24例、蛛网膜囊肿4例、Galen静脉血管瘤3例、先天性脑穿通畸形2例、颅内血肿2例。结论:彩色多普勒超声较B超能提供更丰富的声像图信息,提高了胎儿颅内囊性占位性病变的产前诊断率,并能正确区分不同类型的颅内囊肿,具有极其重要的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal cystic space occupying lesions. Methods: The echographic features of 14 402 pregnant women who underwent routine examination in Department of Ultrasound, Changchun Maternity and Maternity Hospital from January to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The sonographic features of fetus with intracranial cyst were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography The ultrasonic data of the space-occupying lesions and the follow-up results were analyzed to summarize the ultrasonic characteristics of cystic cystic lesions in the fetus. Results: Of the 14 402 fetuses, 35 cases of cystic cystic lesions were detected in the fetus. Among them, 24 were choroid plexus cysts, 4 were arachnoid cysts, 3 were Galen vein hemangiomas, 2 were congenital brain perforating deformities and 2 were intracranial hematomas. CONCLUSIONS: Color Doppler ultrasound provides richer sonographic information than B-mode ultrasound and improves prenatal diagnosis of cystic space-occupying lesions in the fetus and can correctly distinguish between different types of intracranial cysts with extreme Important application value.
