气功是我国传统的自我心身锻炼方法,在意识主导下,通过调身、调心、调息协同锻炼,对人体内部机能起着有益的调整作用,使机体的生命运动推进到一个新的水平,进入气功功能态。近年来,国内外学者采用现代科学方法,从不同层次和侧面对气功锻炼过程中生理,生化、生物物理效应进行了大量检测,以探讨气功功能态的特征。关于气功锻炼时生理效应巳有大量报道,以下着重介绍我所对气功锻炼引起人体生化参数变化的部分研究结果。

The following sections will focus on some of the findings of our study on the changes in human biochemical parameters caused by Qigong exercises.
