日前,浙江省遂昌县遂昌绿源木业有限公司在未提前告知职工的情况下,向近200名职工下达终止劳动合同通知书,引发职工不满。事发后,职工们向当地工会反映,请求帮助维权。当地工会在事件发生后第一时间派员参与当地政府工作组,介入此事。报道中称,该企业终止职工劳动合同立足于如下几个理由:一是企业连年亏损;二是经公司股东会决议通过;三是依法对职工进行补偿。从终止职工劳动合同通知书的字里行间
Recently, Suichang County, Zhejiang Province Suiyuan Luyuan Wood Co., Ltd. without prior notice to the staff case, nearly 200 employees issued a notice of termination of the contract, triggering dissatisfaction with the workers.
