The hospital’s rise and fall will be decided by one’s own hands. There are two main reasons for hospitals to change their predicament: First, implement bold reforms internally; second, implement marketing strategies externally. Hospital internal reforms can promote the reform of the hospital system, establish an operational mechanism that is compatible with the market system, promote a market-oriented human resource management model, hire well-qualified personnel and increase the number of existing talents.
