工资集体协商是集体合同制度的一项重要内容,是工会维护职工合法权益的主要手段和制度。一直以来,有关工资集体协商的立法问题受到有关部门的高度重视,相关法律法规和有关文件相继推出,虽然工资集体协商立法已经取得了一定的进展,但就目前立法现状来看,仍然存在不少问题,不适应实践发展的要求,应加快完善集体合同和工资集体协商立法,提高立法层次,加强法律效力,对集体协商和集体合同应包括的具体内容、程序、争议的处理等作出更加具体明确的规定,为工资集体协商创造更为有利的法制环境。
