成都市劳动争议仲裁院于2008年底正式挂牌成立,通过短短几年的探索发展,已经成为“全国领先,西部一流”的劳动人事争议仲裁院。——劳动争议仲裁机构实体化建设1987年,成都市劳动争议仲裁委员会成立,在以后的许多年里,劳动争议仲裁委员会与劳动争议仲裁行政管理机构合署办公,行政管理与办案职能不分。2000年开始,随着国有企业改革步伐的进一步加快和非公有制经济的长足发展,劳动关系中呈现出主体日趋多元化,关系日趋复杂化,劳动争议日趋显性化,劳动争议数量不断攀升,处理难度日益加大的特点。
