媒介融合背景下传媒专业人才培养路径探析

媒介融合大背景下,传统媒体单位也正在经历着融合发展的转型升级,人才需求旺盛,但当前高校教育培养的传媒人才在实践中并不能满足行业及市场需求,供需不平衡状况严重。媒体竞争的关键是人才竞争,高校传媒人才专业化培养是实现行业良好发展的重中之重。当前高校传媒专业人才培养存在的滞后性主要表现在两大方面:课程滞后,学校长于理论,业界侧重实践;方向滞后,学校多面向传统媒体,市场需求新媒体人才;高校传媒专业人才培养的路径选择主要基于三点:变革教学理念、调整课程结构以及重视专业价值观培养。 In the context of media convergence, traditional media units are also undergoing the transformation and upgrading of integration and development, with strong demand for qualified personnel. However, the media talents currently trained by higher education institutions can not meet the needs of the industry and the market in practice and the imbalance between supply and demand is grave. The key to media competition is talent competition. Professional training of media professionals in colleges and universities is the most important task in achieving sound development of the industry. There are two main aspects in the current lagging of media professionals training in higher education: curriculum lags, the school is longer than the theory, the industry focuses on practice; the direction is lagging behind, the schools are more oriented to the traditional media and the market demand for new media talents; the path of cultivating media professionals in colleges and universities The choice is mainly based on three points: changing the teaching idea, adjusting the curriculum structure and emphasizing professional values ​​training.
