以人口学变量为自变量,以高职院校图书馆员的胜任力为因变量,对高职院校不同群体图书馆员胜任力的影响因素进行深入分析,发现46-55岁图书馆员的工作技能极为欠缺,但执行力和问题解决能力极强;25岁以下的图书馆员处理纠纷的能力差;高学历的图书馆员具备更丰富的工作所需的知识和技能;高职称的图书馆员开放性差;中层管理者没有起到相应的作用,在各个能力方面表现不足;高职院校图书馆员整体缺乏继续学习能力。
Taking demographic variables as independent variable and vocational college librarians’ competency as dependent variable, this paper analyzes in depth the influencing factors of different groups of librarians in higher vocational colleges, and finds that 46-55-year-old librarians Of the work skills is extremely lacking, but execution and problem solving skills are extremely strong; Librarians under 25 have poor ability to handle disputes; highly educated librarians have richer knowledge and skills required for work; Librarians open poor; middle managers did not play a corresponding role in the performance of all aspects of inadequate; Librarian in vocational colleges overall lack of ability to continue learning.
