在全球化的今天,国家间的软实力竞争成为国家综合实力的重要组成部分。学生的思想政治教育则是国家对于青年软实力培养的重要组成部分。“青年兴则国兴,青年强则国强”。然而许多职业高中在具体的办学过程中都存在重技能教育、轻人文教育的倾向,都努力突出在技能型人才培养上的特色,忽视了思想政治教育工作。在很多学校,思想政治教育往往被简化为职业道德、礼仪礼貌等就业必备的知识,教育内容陈旧,教学形式僵化使得学生对思想政治教育的内容形成了审美疲劳。本文针对这种现状,提出了关于提高职高思想政治教育有效性的几点建议。
In today’s globalization, soft power competition among nations has become an important part of the country’s overall strength. Students’ ideological and political education is an important part of the country’s training of young soft power. “Youth is rejuvenating the country, young strong country strong ”. However, many vocational high schools tend to emphasize skills education and light humanistic education in the process of running their own schools. All these work hard to highlight the characteristics of training skilled personnel and ignore the ideological and political education work. In many schools, the ideological and political education is often simplified into the necessary knowledge of employment such as professional ethics, courtesy and courtesy. The content of education is outdated and the rigid teaching forms make the students form aesthetic fatigue in the content of ideological and political education. In response to this situation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education at vocational high schools.
