目的:制备淫羊藿素固体脂质纳米粒(ICT-SLN),并考察制备过程中的主要影响因素。方法:通过试验确定制备工艺参数,采用单因素试验初选ICT-SLN的制备条件,以包封率为评价指标,采用正交试验设计法确定最优处方。结果:制得的ICT-SLN的平均粒径为47.5 nm,包封率达到76.58%。结论:ICT-SLN的包封率较高,稳定性良好,高压乳匀法适用于ICT-SLN的制备。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare icariin solid lipid nanoparticles (ICT-SLN) and investigate the main influencing factors during the preparation. Methods: The preparation parameters were determined through experiments. The preparation conditions of ICT-SLN were selected by single factor test. The entrapment efficiency was used as evaluation index, and the orthogonal test design method was used to determine the optimal prescription. Results: The average particle size of prepared ICT-SLN was 47.5 nm, and the entrapment efficiency reached 76.58%. Conclusion: The entrapment efficiency of ICT-SLN is high and its stability is good. The high-pressure homogenization method is suitable for the preparation of ICT-SLN.
