对茄子黄萎病抗病品种刚果茄和感病对照品种七叶茄的组织病理学研究发现,刚果茄的根部能够抑制病菌的初侵染。接种后4天和15天,其根部和茎部导管的堵塞率均低于对照。在生长期中,刚果茄根和茎木质部导管补偿能力较七叶茄快。用荧光显微镜观察表明,刚果茄体内自发荧光物质的产生较七叶茄早,其荧光强度也大于后者
Histopathological studies on the resistant cultivars Congo and susceptible cultivars of Acipenser sinensis revealed that the roots of Congo solani could inhibit the initial infection of pathogenic bacteria. At 4 days and 15 days after inoculation, the rate of blockage of the root and stem catheters was lower than that of the control. In the growing season, the Congo stem and stem xylem catheter compensation faster than the seven-leaf tomato. Fluorescence microscopy showed that the body of Autonomous Gynoecium produce more autofluorescent substances than the pre-seven-leaf tomato, its fluorescence intensity is greater than the latter
