目的探讨配合应用TPS、B超、CT及氩氦刀,进行125I粒子永久种植近距离放疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及操作方法。方法68例恶性肿瘤局麻下实施经超声、CT引导、超声和CT联合引导、术中、直视下、食管支架捆绑放射性125I粒子种植治疗,肿瘤周边匹配剂量(MPD)90~110Gy,每颗粒子活度为0·40~0·50mCi,每例平均种植39颗。结果近期总有效率75·0%(51/68);其中CR17·6%(12/68);PR57·4%(39/68);NR25·0%(17/68)。出现轻度并发症6例(5·8%)。结论此技术适应证广,微创安全有效,为恶性肿瘤的综合治疗增添了新手段。对比较大的肿瘤(>5cm)可以结合氩氦刀消融联合治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and operation of 125I seeds brachytherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors in combination with TPS, B-ultrasound, CT and argon-helium cryoablation. Methods Sixty-eight patients with malignant tumor under local anesthesia were treated with ultrasound, CT guidance, ultrasound and CT. Under the operation of esophageal stent implantation with 125I seed implantation, the peripheral matching dose (MPD) of 90-110 Gy, The activity of the seed is 0-40 ~ 0 · 50mCi, with an average of 39 plants in each case. Results The total effective rate was 75.0% (51/68). Among them, CR17.6% (12/68), PR57.4% (39/68) and NR25.0% (17/68). Six patients (5.8%) had mild complications. Conclusion This technique is widely used in indications and safe and effective in minimally invasive surgery, adding new methods to the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors. A relatively large tumor (> 5cm) can be treated with argon-helium ablation.
