目的分析新疆4个地区240例HIV感染者门诊就医与住院治疗现状。方法采用现场问卷调查形式,调查新疆乌鲁木齐、伊犁、喀什、哈密地区240例不同性别、民族、年龄、文化程度、婚

目的分析新疆4个地区240例HIV感染者门诊就医与住院治疗现状。方法采用现场问卷调查形式,调查新疆乌鲁木齐、伊犁、喀什、哈密地区240例不同性别、民族、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、感染方式的HIV感染者门诊就医比率和住院就医比率之间是否存在差异。结果 240例HIV感染者不同性别、民族、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、感染方式下门诊就医与住院治疗没有统计学意义,而并发症的出现与HIV检测是门诊就医与住院治疗的主要原因。结论新疆4个地区240例HIV感染者的门诊就医率和住院治疗率,没有因其性别、民族、文化程度、感染方式、婚姻状况等的不同,而显现明显的差异。主要是因为并发症的出现,而不得不进行必要的住院治疗和诊断。
