目的:观察ProTaper联合根管加压冲洗治疗慢性窦道型根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择215例患有窦道型慢性根尖周炎患牙,按Crown-down预备技术进行根管预备,并对根管进行加压冲洗,约诊期间记录窦道减轻和消失的时间,临床主观症状等,窦道闭合后进行根管充填。结果:202例治疗成功,13例因其他原因拔除患牙,患牙保存率达93.9%。结论:Protaper联合根管加压冲洗对慢性窦道型根尖周炎的治疗有良好的临床效果。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ProTaper combined with root canal pressure washing in the treatment of chronic sinusoid apical periodontitis. Methods: A total of 215 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were selected for root canal preparation. The root canal was prepared by Crown-down technique. The root canal was pressure-rinsed. The duration of sinus relief and disappearance was recorded during the consultation period. Clinical subjective symptoms, sinus filling after root canal closure. Results: 202 cases were successfully treated and 13 cases were removed due to other reasons. The tooth preservation rate was 93.9%. Conclusion: Protaper combined with root canal pressure irrigation has a good clinical effect on the treatment of chronic sinusoidal periapical periodontitis.
