目的:探讨以牛皮替代象皮制备的生肌膏在疮疡治疗过程中对血清游离氨基酸变化的影响。方法:采用家兔制造疮疡模型,以象皮生肌膏、牛皮生肌膏和无皮生肌膏进行分组治疗,于治疗后的第3、6、9、12、15天取血分离血清,测定血清中的游离氨基酸含量,分析用药后血清游离氨基酸的变化情况。结果:以基线血清氨基酸含量为基准,发现血清中Gly、Arg、Pro等17种氨基酸均有变化。各组氨基酸含量变化幅度明显。象皮组的各氨基酸含量始终维持在最低,而牛皮组除第3天含量高于无皮组外,其余时间点含量低于无皮组。结论:在创面修复过程中生肌膏有利于促进机体组织对血液中游离氨基酸的利用,象皮促进氨基酸在组织中沉积的效果略优于牛皮。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of raw myo-plaster prepared from leather instead of elephant skin on the changes of serum free amino acids during the treatment of sores. Methods: The rabbits were used to make the model of the sores of the ulcer, and treated with elephant skin myogenic plaster, cowhide myogenic plaster and dermal myogenetic plaster without any treatment. The serum was separated on the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th day after treatment , Determination of serum free amino acid content, analysis of serum free amino acids after treatment changes. Results: Based on the baseline serum amino acids, 17 amino acids such as Gly, Arg and Pro in serum were found to change. Amino acid content of each group changes significantly. The content of each amino acid in the elephant skin group remained the lowest all the time, while the content of the leather group was higher than the non-skin group on the third day. CONCLUSION: Sangiomyelin helps to promote the utilization of free amino acids in blood by wound healing. The effect of elephant skin on the deposition of amino acids in tissues is slightly better than that of cow hide.
