营养是构成机体组织的物质基础,营养和体育运动是维持和促进人体健康的重要因素.营养与体育运动两者科学地配合,能更有效地促进身体发育,增强体质和提高运动成绩.本文从热能物质的比例、维生素所需比例、无机盐的补充以及合理的饮食制度等方面阐述了营养膳食对体育运动所产生的影响.
Nutrition is the material basis for the formation of body tissues. Nutrition and physical activity are important factors in maintaining and promoting human health. Both nutrition and sports science with science, can more effectively promote physical development, enhance physical fitness and improve performance. This article elaborates the impact of nutritious diet on physical activity from the aspects of the ratio of thermal energy substances, the proportion of vitamins required, the supplement of inorganic salts and a reasonable diet.
