目前我国城市社区管理中存在着一个严重的缺陷就是“准政府”的色彩过浓,这样的管理模式与我国目前所处的市场经济体制是格格不入的。新的社区管理模式应合理弱化社区管理中的“准政府”色彩。
At present, there is a serious flaw in the management of urban communities in our country that the color of the “quasi-government” is too strong. Such a management mode is incompatible with the current market economic system in our country. The new community management model should reasonably weaken the “quasi-government” color in community management.
