〔目的〕用生物传感器法测定淀粉含量 ,以简化淀粉测定的操作程序 ,提高检测速度 ,降低检测成本。〔方法〕制备酶电极 ,做最佳条件实验及酶电极的性能实验。〔结果〕测试最佳条件为 :p H=4.4,响应时间 4min,测定温度 30℃ ;酶电极的性能 :线性范围 :0 .1%~ 0 .5 % ;回归方程为 :y=0 .0 16 99x- 0 .15 1,r=0 .9980 ;重现性 :RSD%=4.39;回收率 :75 %~ 86 %。测定 6种谷物淀粉含量并与容量法测定结果进行比较 ,经统计学处理 ,P>0 .0 5。〔结论〕该方法可用于测定淀粉含量。其优点是 :操作简单、灵敏度高、测定速度快。
[Objective] To determine the starch content by the biosensor method to simplify the operation procedure of starch determination, improve the detection speed and reduce the detection cost. [Methods] Preparation of enzyme electrode, the best conditions for experiments and enzyme electrode performance experiments. [Results] The optimal conditions for the test were: p H = 4.4, response time 4 min, measurement temperature 30 ℃; performance of enzyme electrode: linear range: 0 .1% ~ 0 .5%; regression equation: y = 0 .0 16 99x-0.1515, r = 0.9980; Reproducibility: RSD% = 4.39; Recovery: 75% -86%. Determination of six kinds of cereal starch content and volumetric method to determine the results were compared, the statistical analysis, P> 0. [Conclusion] This method can be used to determine starch content. Its advantages are: simple operation, high sensitivity, fast determination.
