粗粒料在外力作用下易发生颗粒破碎,对其力学性质有较大影响。为了从细观层面上分析颗粒破碎影响粗粒料力学特性的机理、研究影响颗粒破碎的因素,在二维颗粒流软件(PFC2D)中引入“簇颗粒”模拟颗粒破碎,对古水筑坝料进行一系列物理试验与数值试验对比,发现数值模型能较好地体现颗粒破碎特性。在轴向应力达到屈服应力后,颗粒破碎逐渐开始发生,之后破碎速度持续增长,颗粒间接触力的改变是导致颗粒破碎的主要原因。试验围压、颗粒形状、细观参数等均对颗粒破碎有一定影响。
Coarse particles in the external force prone to particle breakage, its mechanical properties have a greater impact. In order to analyze the mechanism of the effect of particle breakage on the mechanical properties of coarse aggregates from the microscopic level, and to study the factors that affect the particle breakage, we introduced “cluster particle” simulation particle breakage into the two-dimensional particle flow software (PFC2D) A series of physical tests and numerical tests of dam material are carried out to find that the numerical model can better reflect the characteristics of particle crushing. After the axial stress reaches the yield stress, the particle crushing begins to take place gradually. After that, the crushing speed continues to increase. The change of the interparticle contact force is the main reason leading to the particle crushing. Test confining pressure, particle shape, mesoscopic parameters, etc. have a certain impact on the particle crushing.
