目的:了解西宁地区幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与非感染溃疡病患者血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的变化。方法:用放射免疫法测定30例HP感染与25例HP非感染溃疡病患者血清6种白介素水平含量。结果:HP感染者血清IL-4含量显著低于非HP感染者(P<0.01),其余五种细胞因子均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论:西宁地区HP感染者IL-4明显降低,这可能是溃疡病发病率高的主要机制。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in patients with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and non-infected ulcer disease in Xining area. Methods: The contents of 6 kinds of interleukin (IL) in 30 cases of HP infection and 25 cases of HP non-infected ulcer disease were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: Serum levels of IL-4 in HP infected patients were significantly lower than those in non-HP infected patients (P <0.01). There was no significant change in the other five cytokines (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The IL-4 in HP-infected patients in Xining area is obviously decreased, which may be the main mechanism of the high incidence of ulcer disease.
