1984年至1989年,山东省济宁市某医院儿科曾4次发生急性胃肠炎流行。经病原学和流行病学分析证实,系接触传播引起的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌院内交叉感染。首次流行在1984年2月7日,儿科病房收入一例肠炎患儿,第2天从便中分离出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。出院后,病床又住新患儿,也培养出本菌。此后该病相继蔓延整个儿科病房,55例住院患儿有32例继发腹
