在海人酸(KA)诱导的复杂部分性癫痫大鼠中,应用放免法测定了血浆和海马结构内生长抑素(SS)在癫痫发作过程中的变化。结果发现:海马结构内SS含量在注入KA0.5h后,较对照组下降5.05%;1h下降到最低点为22.63%;3h虽有所回升,仍下降20.72%,与对照组比较P<0.05,呈显著性差异,24h减少了19.61%。血浆内SS含量变化相对较小,注入KA0.5h,血浆内SS含量上升了6.5%,此后呈下降趋势,但与对照组比较无显著性差异。
In the KA induced complex partial epilepsy rats, the changes of somatostatin (SS) in plasma and hippocampal formation during epileptic seizure were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the content of SS in the hippocampal formation decreased 5.05% compared with the control group after injection of KA 0.5h, decreased to 22.63% at 1h, and decreased 20.72% after 3h recovery, compared with the control group P <0.05, a significant difference, a decrease of 19.61% 24h. The content of SS in plasma was relatively small. After the injection of KA for 0.5h, the content of SS in plasma increased by 6.5% and then decreased, but there was no significant difference with the control group.
