目的:建立同时测定裸花紫珠药材中毛蕊花糖苷和木犀草素的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,PhenomenexGemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇(A)-0.3%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相线性梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长350 nm,柱温30℃。结果:毛蕊花糖苷和木犀草素线性范围分别在29.6~740.0,1.0~25.0μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为99.08%,99.93%,RSD分别为1.53%,1.65%。结论:方法精密度高,重复性好,可用于裸花紫珠药材中毛蕊花糖苷和木犀草素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of verbascoside and luteolin in naked flowers of Radix Ophiopi. Methods: A linear gradient elution was performed on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol (A) - 0.3% phosphoric acid (B) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 , Detection wavelength 350 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of verbascoside and luteolin were 29.6 ~ 740.0,1.0 ~ 25.0μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.08% and 99.93%, respectively. The RSDs were 1.53% and 1.65%, respectively. Conclusion: The method has high precision and good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of verbascoside and luteolin in naked flowers of Radix.
