党的十六大胜利召开后,全国人武系统迅速掀起了学习贯彻十六大精神的高潮。大家认为,党的十六大报告,高屋建瓴,内容丰富,思想深刻,是一篇马克思主义的纲领性文献,是我们党新世纪新阶段的政治宣言和行动纲领。报告站在时代和历史的高度,科学总结了十三届四中全会以来的伟大实践和党领导人民建设中国特色社会主义的基本经验,提出了全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,深刻阐明了在新的历史时期我们党坚持举什么旗、走什么路、实现什么目标等重大问题。广大人武干邵、专武干部和民兵,预备役人员一致表示,要把学习宣传十六大精神作为当前第一位的政治任务,深入贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,不断开创民兵、预备役工作新局面。本刊此期摘登部分省军区、军分区和预备役师的学习贯彻情况,希望其他单位将如何深入贯彻十六大精神、进一步做好民兵和预备役工作的报道,及时发给编辑部。
