目的:探讨甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH) 对人牙乳头间充质细胞生物学特性的影响。方法:放射免疫学方法。结果:PTH 在1 ~5min 内可增加人牙乳头间充质细胞cAMP 合成,且有浓度依赖性;单独加入0.2m mol/L 异丁基甲基黄嘌呤(IBMX) 后,对cAMP含量的影响很小;加入0.2m mol/LIBMX+PTH 后,cAMP含量比单独加入PTH 增加更加显著,作用可持续15min 。结论:PTH 有可能通过增强人牙乳头间充质细胞内cAMP合成,影响细胞其它的生物学特性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of parathyroid hormone (PTH) on the biological characteristics of human dental papilla mesenchymal cells. Methods: Radiological immunological methods. Results: PTH increased cAMP synthesis in human dental papilla mesenchymal cells in a concentration range of 1 ~ 5 min, and the concentration of cAMP was significantly increased after adding 0.2 μmol / L isobutylmethylxanthine (IBMX) alone Small; adding 0.2m mol / LIBMX + PTH, cAMP content increased more significantly than PTH alone, the role of sustainable 15min.
