目的探讨FOXP3和GITR在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测30例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和15例正常口腔黏膜组织中FOXP3和GITR的表达水平。结果 (1)FOXP3和GITR在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平均高于在正常口腔黏膜中的表达(P<0.05);(2)FOXP3和GITR蛋白表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌中呈正相关(r=0.621,P<0.05)。结论 FOXP3和GITR是调节性T细胞发挥特异性免疫抑制功能的关键基因,可能是其直接参与口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞免疫逃逸的重要机制之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of FOXP3 and GITR in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of FOXP3 and GITR in 30 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 15 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results (1) FOXP3 and GITR expression levels in oral squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in normal oral mucosa (P <0.05). (2) FOXP3 and GITR protein expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.621, P <0.05). Conclusions FOXP3 and GITR are the key genes that regulatory T cells play a role of specific immunosuppression, which may be one of the important mechanisms involved in the immune escape of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
