我院自1997年始应用肋间神经加臂丛阻滞用于强直性脊椎炎行乳腺癌根治术10例，现报告如下。资料与方法10例全部为女性，年龄18～75岁，体重45～63kg。手术时间最长AN分钟，最短145分钟。类风湿病史最长叨年，最短5年，全部有脊椎强直。1例血压较高26／11kPa，且心电图示T波改变
In our hospital, since 1997, intercostal nerves and brachial plexus block have been used in 10 patients with ankylosing spondylitis undergoing radical mastectomy. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods All 10 cases were females, aged 18 to 75 years and weighing 45 to 63 kg. The longest operating time is AN minutes, with a minimum of 145 minutes. The history of rheumatoid disease is as long as the leap year, the shortest 5 years, all have spinal rigidity. 1 case of high blood pressure 26/11kPa, and electrocardiogram shows T wave changes
