本文以双霉协联糖化技术处理粉渣中纤维素,并利用单因素和正交试验考察菌种混合比例、接种量、协联糖化温度与协联糖化时间对纤维素糖化率的影响,结果表明:双霉协联糖化的最优条件为:少孢根霉与里氏木霉混合比值为1.5,接种量为1.8×108个孢子/mL,协联糖化温度为34℃,协联糖化时间为72h,在此工艺条件下纤维素糖化率高达82.3%。纤维素酶活力达到645.5~664U/mL,与传统单菌种发酵的糖化技术相比,提高了160~280U/mL。
