自然崩落法是地下开采中成本最低的采矿方法,但其结构参数的合理选择是一直没有解决的难点。针对实际工程中存在大量的模糊信息,采用层次分析法建立方案优选综合评判指标体系,运用模糊数学对各方案参数进行综合评判优选。该方法全面考虑了影响自然崩落法的多种定性和定量指标。给出各种指标的影响程度权值,对各因素的重要性进行了评价,避免单一的方法和判据所造成的局限性。将该方法应用到河南某矿山的崩落法参数的优选中,在5种预选的参数方案中,得出待选方案3最优越。该方法简便可行,结论可靠,并在实际工作应用中取得了良好的效果。
Natural caving method is the lowest cost mining method in underground mining, but the reasonable choice of its structural parameters is a difficult problem that has not been solved yet. In view of the fact that there is a lot of fuzzy information in the actual project, the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of program optimization, and the fuzzy mathematics is used to comprehensively evaluate and optimize each program parameter. The method fully considers various qualitative and quantitative indicators that affect the natural caving method. Given the impact of various indicators of weight, the importance of each factor were evaluated to avoid the limitations caused by a single method and criteria. Applying this method to the optimization of caving parameters in a mine in Henan Province, we found that the optimal solution 3 is the best among the five pre-selected parameters. The method is simple and feasible, the conclusion is reliable, and has achieved good results in the practical application.
