探讨人体衰老的出现与脾肾亏虚，禀赋不足，气虚血亏，痰浊瘀阻等因素有关：认为中医学理论体系中蕴含合理的抗衰老医学模式，提出补肾，健脾，调神，补益气血，化痰浊，祛瘀，药膳保健等方法在延缓衰老中具有重要作用。
