The first Tianjin Science and Technology Exchange Conference was held in Tianjin Industrial Exhibition Hall from March 23 to April 10, 1983. There are more than 500 units of scientific research institutes and tertiary institutions from Tianjin and from eleven provinces and cities nationwide participating in this “Double Trade Fair”, displaying over 3,600 scientific research achievements.
