改革开发以来,基本建设项目投资失控现象常有发生,追忆其中原因错综复杂,但是随着市场经济的不断发展,各级领导和项目负责人都越来越重视工程投资的控制和工程造价管理。在现代建设工程项目中,结算阶段的造价控制与管理是一个动态的过程,在一定程度上影响工程造价,加强这一阶段造价的控制与管理是实施建设工程全过程管理的重点。本文就相关问题进行了探讨,以供参考。
Since the reform and opening up, the out-of-control investment in capital construction projects has occurred frequently and the reasons for them have been recalled. However, with the continuous development of the market economy, leaders and project leaders at all levels pay more and more attention to the control of project investment and project cost management. In the modern construction project, the cost control and management in the settlement phase is a dynamic process, which affects the construction cost to a certain extent. Strengthening the control and management of the construction cost at this stage is the key point to implement the whole process management of the construction project. This article discusses the related issues for reference.
