萝卜雄性不育系在萝卜新品种选育过程中伴演着重要角色,由于萝卜雄性不育遗传机制的复杂性及试验材料差异,研究结果不完全一致。为揭示萝卜雄性不育的机理,以早秋萝卜不育系12-A及其保持系为材料,对其花药形态及花粉败育时期进行观察和研究。研究结果表明,盛花期早秋萝卜不育系12-A花药开始褐化、卷曲、皱缩,而其保持性的花药正常;切片结果显示,萝卜不育系12-A花药药室结构在四分体时期开始出现异常,分析认为此异常情况是由不育系中花药药室壁结构崩解造成。
The radish male sterile lines play an important role in the breeding of new varieties of radish. Due to the complexity of the genetic mechanism of radish male sterility and the differences of the test materials, the results are not exactly the same. In order to reveal the mechanism of male sterility of radish, the morphological and anther pollination stages of radish male sterile line 12-A and its maintainer line were observed and studied. The results showed that 12-A anthers of turnip male sterile lines started browning, curling and shrinking in the early flowering stage, and their maintainer anthers were normal. The results of slicing showed that the 12-A anther pharmacy structure of radish male sterile lines Body period began to appear abnormal, the analysis that this anomaly is caused by the breakdown of anther wall structure in sterile lines.
