使用木材的废料作为熔炼硅质合金的还原剂,近年来已引起冶金界的极大注意。1957年齐略宾斯克铁合金厂先在50%硅铬合金和75%硅铁的炉料中配入锯屑,而后又在结晶硅的熔炼中进行试验。在熔炼硅质合金的炉料中,每吨合金配入0,08m~2的锯屑即炉况产生显著变化:改善了炉料的透气性,扩大了坩埚,出现大片的塌料,蜂窝缺陷大为减少。电极深而稳定地插入炉料中使炉渣不断排出;由于改善了透气性,炉料的烧结现象大大减少。出铁时,气体则由出铁口顺利地排出。
The use of wood waste as smelting silicon alloy reductant, in recent years has caused great attention of the metallurgical community. In 1957, Chiellinsk ferroalloy plant was first equipped with sawdust in charge of 50% of silicon-chromium alloy and 75% of ferrosilicon, and then tested in the smelting of crystalline silicon. In the smelting silicon alloy charge, each ton of alloy with 0,08 m ~ 2 sawdust that furnace conditions have significant changes: improve the charge of the gas permeability, expanding the crucible, the emergence of large pieces of collapse material, honeycomb defects greatly cut back. The electrode is deeply and steadily inserted into the charge to keep the discharge of the slag. As the air permeability is improved, the sintering of the charge is greatly reduced.
