本文报道依米丁中毒性心肌损害实验模型的复制方法,并观察亚硒酸钢对此种损害的保护作用。实验结果表明,依米丁组大鼠(盐酸依米丁15mg/kg一次腹腔注射)出现中毒性心肌损害症状,并有心电图改变,血清磷酸肌酸激酶(SCPK)明显增高以及心肌组织病理学改变等。硒+依米丁组大鼠(每日腹腔注射亚硒酸钠200μg/kg,连续五天,第六天再给依米丁)上述指标均比依米丁组动物减轻或降低,说明亚硒酸钠对依米丁诱发的心肌损害有一定的保护作用。
