在综合考虑力学性能、耐热性能、浸润性能以及工艺性能的基础上,研制了一种适用于芳纶Ⅲ纤维湿法缠绕的基体配方。实验结果表明,该配方35℃下的初始黏度低(430mPa·s),适用期长(≥8h),完全满足湿法缠绕要求。配方浇铸体拉伸强度、延伸率和弯曲强度分别为88.8MPa、3.23%和142.8MPa,马丁耐热温度为155.1℃,玻璃化转变温度为171.5℃。用其制备的芳纶Ⅲ纤维复合材料NOL环层间剪切强度、拉伸强度和模量分别达51.3MPa、2102MPa和96.1GPa,Φ150mm容器的容器特性系数平均值和纤维强度转化率平均值分别为34.8km和68.9%,均可达到干法缠绕成型的芳纶Ⅲ/R04复合材料性能水平。
Based on comprehensive consideration of mechanical properties, heat resistance, wetting properties and process properties, a matrix formulation suitable for wet-winding aramid fibers was developed. The experimental results show that the initial viscosity of the formula at 35 ℃ is low (430mPa · s) and the pot life is longer (≥8h), which fully meets the requirement of wet winding. The tensile strength, elongation and flexural strength of the cast-in-place formulations were 88.8MPa, 3.23% and 142.8MPa respectively. The heat-resistant temperature of Martin was 155.1 ℃ and the glass transition temperature was 171.5 ℃. The average shear strength, tensile strength and modulus of the aramid fiber composite NOL ring prepared by the method were 51.3MPa, 2102MPa and 96.1GPa respectively, and the average values of the container characteristic coefficients and the fiber strength conversion rates Of 34.8km and 68.9%, respectively, which can reach the performance level of aramid fiber / composites with dry-winding.
