JJF 1358—2012《非实流法校准DN1000~DN15000液体超声流量计校准规范》提出了非实流校准大口径液体超声流量计的方法,应用于引额济乌工程中接触式双声道超声流量计的安装工作中。采用经纬仪测量管道内直径,使用全站仪对测量结果进行核查并计算出管道圆柱度,再次使用全站仪测量换能器安装位置,安装完成后测量声道长度和角度,以便对流量计进行参数设置。实验得到测流断面内直径为3 010 mm,两条声道长度分别为3 643 mm、3 648 mm,对应声道角分别为44.218 4°、44.074 6°,最后对体积流量的不确定度进行评定,其结果为Urel=1.5%(k=2)。
