目的对金粟兰属植物及己Chloranthus serratus根乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用多种色谱技术从及己根的氯仿萃取物中分离得到15个化合物。结果通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构为1α,9α-二羟基-8,12-环氧桉叶-4,7,11-三烯-6-酮(1)、1β,5α-愈创木-4β,10α-二醇-6-酮(2)、zedoalactone A(3)、multistalactone C(4)、1β,8β-二羟基-桉叶-3,7(11)-二烯-8α,12-内酯(5)、1β,8β-二羟基-桉叶-4(15),7(11)-二烯-8α,12-内酯(6)、水合蒎醇(7)、伞形花内酯(8)、异嗪皮啶(9)、5-甲氧基-6,7-亚甲二氧基香豆素(10)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(11)、N-反式-阿魏酰基酪胺(12)、N-顺式-阿魏酰基酪胺(13)、儿茶素(14)、7-羟基-5,8-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(15)。结论化合物2、5~7、10、14、15为首次从金粟兰属植物中分离得到,化合物1、3、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract of the genus Chlranthus serratus. Methods A total of 15 compounds were isolated from chloroform extracts of roots and roots using various chromatographic techniques. Results The physical and chemical properties and spectral data of the compounds were identified as 1α, 9α-dihydroxy-8,12-epoxy eucalyptol-4,7,11-trien-6-one (2), zedoalactone A (3), multistalactone C (4), 1β, 8β-dihydroxy-eucalyptol-3,7 (11) -diene-8α, 12 Lactone (7), umbelliferone (5), 1β, 8β-dihydroxy-eucalyptol-4 (15), 7 Lactone (8), isoindaxide (9), 5-methoxy-6,7-methylenedioxycoumarin (10), Np- Feruloyl tyramine (12), N- cis-feruloyl tyramine (13), catechin (14), 7- hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxyflavanone (15) . Conclusion Compounds 2, 5 ~ 7, 10, 14 and 15 were isolated from the genusCultum for the first time. Compounds 1, 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
