六四式铁路军用梁因构造需要存在一定的销孔间隙,这些间隙的存在使六四式铁路军用梁比一般钢结构的力学行为复杂。研究销孔间隙对六四式铁路军用梁的整体稳定性影响,有助于确定结构的真实受力状态。根据六四式铁路军用梁的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立不同跨度、片数和层数的计算模型,结合结构稳定理论进行分析计算。对比有无销孔间隙变位结构的临界应力,得到销孔间隙变位对不同跨度、层数和片数的六四式军用梁整体稳定性的影响。结果表明,对于单层或双层六四梁,当所用片数大于3片时,销孔间隙对稳定承载力的影响均小于5%,可以不考虑;但是当所用片数为2片或者1片时,此时必须考虑销孔间隙对稳定性的影响。
Due to the existence of certain pin hole clearances, the presence of these clearances complicates the mechanical behavior of June 4-type military railroads compared with that of ordinary steel structures. Studying the influence of pin clearance on the overall stability of military beam of June 4 railway helps to determine the real stress state of the structure. According to the structural characteristics of Jun-4 railway military beam, finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the calculation models of different span, number of pieces and layers, and the structural stability theory is used to analyze and calculate. Contrasting the critical stress of the displacement structure with or without pin hole, the influence of clearance displacement of the pin hole on the overall stability of the June 4 military beam with different span, number of layers and number of slices is obtained. The results show that when the number of sheets used is more than 3, the influence of pin hole clearance on the stable bearing capacity is less than 5%, which can be ignored. However, when the number of sheets used is 2 or 1 Film, this time must consider the impact of pin hole clearance on the stability.
