原先柑桔是剥皮后榨汁的,先把桔果投入80~90℃热水中,热烫后再用机械剥皮。这种方法会使桔汁产生煮过味而失去原有的风味;同时既费劳力、又增成本。 本发明采用柑桔全果榨汁,将新鲜榨汁液以离心分离法除去果浆,再将所得桔汁通过吸附精油的固体树脂吸附层,使桔汁中含适量精油,达到保存性和风味良好。 作为精油吸附剂的固体树脂,以呈纤维状或粒状的聚丙烯、聚乙烯等树脂为好。可以单独或组合使用。尤其聚丙烯系树脂,是一种很有希望的材料,它单独使用或与聚乙烯树脂组合使用效果良好。
