目的了解某区各类放射诊疗单位开展放射诊疗情况,以便依法进行监管,确保医用辐射安全。方法调查某区放射诊疗机构工作场所的警示标志设置、特殊人群告知、门(机)灯联锁的维护、运转等情况。结果整体情况尚可,但工作指示灯运作,特殊人群事先告知,电离辐射标志和工作者防护用品等均在90%以下。结论针对存在的问题应加大执行力度,提高监管成效。
Objective To understand the radiation diagnosis and treatment of various radiotherapy clinics in a certain district in order to supervise and ensure medical radiation safety according to law. Methods To investigate the setting of warning signs in workplace of radiotherapy and treatment institutions in a district, informing of special groups and the maintenance and operation of door (machine) lights interlocking. Results The overall situation is acceptable, but the work lights work, special groups informed in advance, ionizing radiation signs and protective gear for workers are below 90%. Conclusion The implementation of the existing problems should be intensified to improve the regulatory effectiveness.
