目的:应用Crystaleye比色仪评价厚度对复合树脂表面颜色的影响。方法:根据Vita比色板A3色调选取新鲜人离体上颌中切牙56颗,随机分为8组,每组7颗牙。实验组7组,将不同厚度(0.8 mm,1.0 mm,1.2 mm,1.4 mm,1.6 mm,1.8 mm,2.0 mm)的Filtek TM Z350复合树脂光固化于每组牙齿的唇面,对照组牙齿表面不作任何处理,使用Crystaleye比色仪测定每组牙齿表面的颜色,计算在相同底色材料下,不同厚度复合树脂牙齿表面的色差△E*。采用SPSS14.0软件对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:随着Filtek TM Z350复合树脂厚度的增加,牙齿表面的L*值、a*值与b*值均逐渐降低,各组间差异有统计学意义;在与对照组之间的色差值比较中,1.2 mm和1.4 mm厚度组与对照组之间的色差值均小于1.5 NBS。在厚度组两两之间的比较中,相邻厚度组之间的色差均小于1.5 NBS,其他任意不相邻厚度组之间的色差比较均大于1.5 NBS。结论:复合树脂的厚度变化可明显改变牙齿表面的颜色。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of thickness on the surface color of composite resin by using Crystaleye colorimeter. Methods: 56 fresh maxillary central incisors were selected according to the color tone of Vita Color Plate A3 and were randomly divided into 8 groups with 7 teeth in each group. In the experimental group, Filtek TM Z350 composite resin with different thickness (0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm) was photocured on the labial surface of each group of teeth, Without any treatment, the color of the surface of each group of teeth was measured by Crystaleye colorimeter, and the color difference △ E * was calculated on the surface of composite resin with different thickness under the same background color material. SPSS14.0 software was used to analyze the experimental data. Results: With the increase of the thickness of Filtek TM Z350 composite resin, the L * value, a * value and b * value of tooth surface decreased gradually, and the differences among the groups were statistically significant. In comparison, the color differences between the 1.2 mm and 1.4 mm thickness groups and the control group were less than 1.5 NBS. In the comparison of thickness groups, the color differences between adjacent thickness groups were all less than 1.5 NBS, and the color differences among other non-adjacent thickness groups were all greater than 1.5 NBS. Conclusion: The thickness of the composite resin can significantly change the color of the tooth surface.
