随着社会经济的发展,我国消费支付手段也发生了变化,信用卡支付手段悄然兴起,很多人不再使用现金支付手段,改用信用卡进行消费付账。同样,从2005年第一张公务卡的推出,事业单位陆续推行公务卡制度。公务卡以其小巧、便捷、安全等特点,深受广大人员的喜爱。但是事业单位却面临着公务卡消费监督的重要工作。如何有效地推行公务卡制度,成为事业单位积极思考的问题。本文主要针对事业单位推行公务卡制度的相关问题进行探讨。
With the development of society and economy, the means of payment in China have also changed. The means of credit card payment quietly rise. Many people no longer use cash payment means and use credit cards to pay for consumption. Similarly, from the introduction of the first official business card in 2005, public institutions successively implemented the official business card system. Business cards for its compact, convenient, safe and so on, by the majority of staff’s favorite. However, institutions are faced with the important task of supervision of business card spending. How to effectively implement the business card system has become a problem for public institutions to think actively. This article mainly discusses the issues related to the implementation of public service card system in public institutions.
